T’s & C’s for Domain Names

When you register a domain name, you enter into two separate agreements. The first is with ourselves, Invictanet Limited. The second is with the registry or registration services provider we use. Normally Nominet UK or EIS AG. (Joker.)

You should read these contracts. They contain clauses about the publication of your personal data. These contracts are not negotiable and you must agree to them if you wish to register a domain name through Invictanet.

Renewal of a domain name are subject to the applicable terms and conditions https://www.invicta.net/general-terms-and-conditions.
