Domain Name Terms and Conditions

When you register a domain name, you enter into two separate agreements. The first is with ourselves, Invictanet Limited. The second is with the registry or registration services provider we use. Normally Nominet UK or EIS AG. (Joker.)

You should read these contracts. They contain clauses about the publication of your personal data. These contracts are not negotiable and you must agree to them if you wish to register a domain name through Invictanet.

Once a domain name has been re-tagged away from Invictanet, we will continue to host the domain name on our servers for a further 48 hours before being removed from our servers.

Renewal of a domain name are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
